Empowering Africa's Creative Future
Across Africa, many emerging designers and makers struggle to access the tools, training, and production support they need to grow. Ananse created its hubs to close this gap — offering world-class studios, practical skills training, and a pathway for creatives to turn ideas into sustainable businesses.
Our model is built in partnership with governments and ecosystem leaders. In Nigeria, for example, we signed an MOU with the Ministry of Art, Culture & Creative Economy to strengthen creative skills, expand production capacity, and support thousands of young entrepreneurs through the Ananse Center for Design Lagos.
